Yevgeni Vasilyevich Frolov (born 14 June 1941 in Moscow, Russia) is a former boxer from the Soviet Union.
He competed for the Soviet Union in the 1964 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan in the light welterweight event, where he finished in second place.
